4. Buyers and Sellers should exercise care with agreements with each other.
5. Firstontop has the right not to accept ads or items to be listed on our site.
6. Items that are prohibited or links to other sites, firearms, illegal items, fraudulent or anything we may see that is unfit for our site.
7. Firstontop does or cannot ensure the accuracies of any item listed on our site.
8. Firstontop is committed to protecting your privacy.
9. Sellers and Buyers are to cooperate with each other to resolve disputes.
10. By using our service you agree to our terms and agreements.

How to place an ad.

1. We will need your first and last name.
2. We will need your mailing address.No P.O. boxes please.
3. We will need your email so buyers can contact you.
If you don't want your email listed,we can send your email only to buyers who are interested in your items.
Our default is to list your email address with your ad. Let us know if you don't want it listed.
4. All ads will run for at least thirty days
5. You are allowed one free ad per month.
6. You can add more lines of texts to any add at a cost of two dollars per line.
Each line can have up to sixty five characters.
7. You can add more images only to the ten dollar ad,at two dollars per image.
8. Your images are to be in the jpeg format and we will format them to fit our ads.
You must email us your images to postmaster@firstontop.com.
9. We will email you to check your ad or ads.
You will have 48 hrs to make changes to your ad or ads, after 48 hrs you can't change your ad or ads.
10. after we receive your payment we will set up your ad or ads.
11. You can pay us with money order,check or cash.
12. If paying by check we will setup your ad or ads after your check clears the bank.
